What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes our main event Saturday night, a high end buffet dinner (see full menu), a cash bar with a premium selection of cocktails, wines and beer, DJ music, dancing, and unlimited photo prints with Magical Photobooth.

What does the Hyatt Regency have to offer?

Attend the event and book your own hotel room all under one roof with our highly discounted $165 room rate.  We have a block of them reserved for WMHS Class of 1970.  For complete information go to the Hyatt Regency website.

Do I need to sign up for the Additional Events on Friday night, Saturday afternoon and Sunday?

No, except for the Saturday Historical Society Tour of the Main St. School and other Setauket locations.  Most of the Additional Events are optional, at your own expense, and being planned and arranged by the Reunion Committee.

Who is invited?

We need to make a quota of a minimum of 80 people, so we really have no restrictions.  The WMHS classes of 1969 and 1971 are invited to attend. The “more the merrier” attending the reunion celebration!

How can I get the class photo?

Class group photos will be posted and made available free to all attendees. We also will have a fantastically fun photo booth with props and accessories.  You may bring your own WMHS props to wear or pose with if you like.

Will there be a Setauket Main Street School or a Ward Melville High School tour?

Date and time are still being worked out. We will announce this as soon as we know a time and place to meet.

How will I know my online ticket purchase went through?

You should receive an email confirmation immediately following your payment receipt.

Is there a deadline for buying my tickets?

Yes. It is September 21st. We must have a headcount and final payment to the Hyatt Regency 10 days before our event.

Can I buy my ticket at the door?

You might be able to, paying $125 per person cash. However, our deadline with the Hyatt Regency is September 21st.  They need to know our headcount in advance for the buffet.  If we meet our capacity, you will not be allowed in. Why risk it?
